Bringing intermediate IT support of hardware and software computer’s configurations, focused on the principal and complementary components required for a good performance of IT Services (CPU, RAM, Network, Operative System, Drivers, Office 365, VoIP, VPNs), solving requests or incidents, according to the IT Request and Incident Management Procedures with focus in the business priorities.
Responsabilities:
1. Prepare computers with basic and complementary configurations such as Operative System, BitLocker, Drivers, Network, IT management endpoints, Endpoint Detection and Response,.NET Framework, JAVA
3.



Identify and facilitate solving hardware, software, electric, network, accessories issues
English Required (basic) b1-b2. Experience: 6 months +
Shift: M-F 8:00am a 5:00pm
