**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to select appropriate engineering techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to manufacturing processes.
