**What will you do?**
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of workers to ensure that goods are moved, handled, and stored safely, correctly, and in accordance with established schedules and inventory lists.
**How will you do it?**
- Manage the workflow of the supply team, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, verifying that all activities align with inventory management protocols.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply management.




- Provide clear communication and feedback to team members regarding performance and operational goals.
**What are we looking for?**
- A university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain management software.
