**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized **Project Manager** to support the successful delivery of projects across our team. This role is adecuado for someone with foundational project experience who’s ready to take the next step in a formal project management role. You’ll coordinate tasks, track progress, and support cross-functional teams to keep projects moving on time and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and organizing project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and update internal trackers and documentation
- Support cross-functional team collaboration and ensure alignment on priorities
- Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to team members and stakeholders
- Help identify and resolve issues that may affect timelines or outcomes
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and properly maintained
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Support quality assurance and delivery reviews with internal teams or clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management,



Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum **2 years of experience** working in a project coordination or assistant project management role
- **PMP Certification** (or equivalent) required
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or Jira)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
- Exposure to budgeting, reporting, or stakeholder management
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or Confluence

Pay: $19,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
