Responsibilities
Play a critical role in connecting customers to new services and protecting revenue losses.
Review customer credit files and existing account activity to make approval decisions for new service activations.
Spot trends and make sound business decisions that protect the company and customers from revenue losses associated with fraud and non-payment.
Requirements
Native / Bilingual Proficiency- highly fluent (native) in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
High school education (some college is a bonus).
2 years of related experience – customer service, billing, collections, loss prevention.
The ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and all levels of management via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
Experience using a Windows-based PC.
