**What will you do?**
Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and safety of plant machinery and production processes.
**How will you do it?**
- Direct and supervise maintenance staff in their daily tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with management to plan and budget for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
