Do you enjoy designing impactful learning experiences? Join our HR team as a Training & Development Specialist for our Toluca Plant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading, designing, and implementing the Education and Training strategy for all employees at the Toluca Plant. You’ll diagnose learning needs and identify the right learning and development solutions, providing relevant insights and feedback to the Jr. HRBP and business leaders.
You’ll also ensure the progression of the training calendar, meeting both regional corporate guidelines and local government requirements. Additionally, you’ll drive the development of the internal communication program across various channels, documenting and providing feedback on internal events to support continuous improvement. This position is based in Toluca, Mexico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Training Compliance**: Ensures compliance with STPS/SIRCE and leads the site's training commission.
**Annual Training Plan**: Identifies needs, coordinates in-person/virtual training, and manages trainers and vendors.
**Impact & Skill Matrix**: Measures training results and maintains role-based skill and training matrices.
**Onboarding & KWS Support**: Leads onboarding, supports KWS certifications, and participates in CoE initiatives.
**Communication & Culture**: Manages internal comms, drives engagement, and promotes ED&I;, KValues, and Better Days.

2 years of experience in HR; 1 year in learning program design preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Fluent in English.
