**What you would do**:
Implement changes on actual systems in production and other departments Support COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.
**How you will do it**:
- Conduct SAP and MES usage audits.
- Fully responsible for maintaining the ERP system updated for all manufacturing / Engineering enrichment fields, Materials, and All parameters needed.
- Conduct problem analysis of SAP and MES usage and take actions to improve.
- Generate and maintain KPIs related to SAP and MES usage.
- Evaluate all current processes at the manufacturing plant to develop standards
- Create Manufacturing BOM’s
- Create Manufacturing Routings
- Calculate the cycle times needed for meeting the customer tack times
- Validate all manufacturing process to meet the current ergonomic standards
- Identify process improvements and implement those at the proper locations
- Develop proper documentation for people meeting the standard processes.
- Create standards for routings
- Full comprehension of the BOM set up, part numbers, families all ERP set ups needed.
- Determine critical general businesses capabilities needed to support business objectives and strategies in the supplier scheduling area and define the processes required to enable those capabilities.




- Responsible to drive standardization of processes enabled by standard IT solutions to achieve business efficiencies and critical business capabilities across BE integrated supply chain.
- Ensure that all ECR are processed on time and properly with in the ERP system.
- ERP full system set up with all parameters needed.
- ERP full understanding of the implementation steps.
- High capacity and experience for problem solving and analytics skills.
- High comprehension of the ERP modules and transactions.
- Full understanding of the supply chain logic and methodologic VS ERP
- Experience working with IT implementing ERP systems
**What are we looking for**:
- +6 years of experience working on a SAP role
- Experience PP and MM module
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Spoken and written English. Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
