Position Overview

We are seeking aProduction Supervisorwith strong experience in manufacturing operations to oversee production lines, ensure efficiency, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations on the manufacturing floorPlan and schedule production based on orders and delivery timelinesMonitor production progress and ensure on-time deliveryHandle urgent orders and unexpected production issuesImplement and maintain5S and visual management standardsImprove production efficiency and reduce wasteTroubleshoot on-site issues (equipment failures, staffing gaps, quality deviations)Lead and manage teams of2050+ operatorsOversee attendance, performance evaluation, and training of staffEnsure compliance withquality standards and production traceabilityOptimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiativesAnalyze production data (output, yield, losses, OEE) using Excel
Requirements





Minimum5 years of experience in manufacturing(food processing or mechanical industry preferred)Hands-on experience in production lines (not purely administrative roles)Experience withteam management (2050+ people)Knowledge ofISO 9001, production records, and traceability systemsFamiliarity withproduction equipment operation and basic maintenanceExperience incontinuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, efficiency)Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Nice to Have (Plus)

Experience inpet food or food industryBackground inexport manufacturing (USA/Canada markets)Experience withcustomer audits (Costco, FDA, etc.)English and/or Chinese proficiency
Job Conditions

Salary gross monthly (negotiable)Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:30 pm
