**We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to provide customer support to our clients**.

**You must have the space and equipment (computer and reliable internet connection) to perform the job.**
**We are looking for**:
- We need someone who can work Monday through Friday (8 AM to 5 PM Central Time)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Perform **basic video editing**.
- Perform **basic websites design**.
- Design graphics using **Canva**.
- Handle **daily tasks** as assigned.
- **Experience in dealing with customer inquiries of different types**(i.e. service requests, billing questions, resolving service dissatisfaction, etc.)
- An ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
- Goal oriented and ability to deliver expected results in a timely manner.
- Ability to learn different CRM systems — experience with Go High Level is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- **Customer Service Experience is a plus.**:
- Full time Availability
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).

**What we offer**:
- **Weekly Pay**: Begin with a $300 weekly base pay.
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) ⏰ and open to working on weekends.

**Requirements to work from home**:
**Excellent Internet connectivity**:
- Internet access speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download - the faster the better!
- Productive work environment:
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
- **1 year of experience** in customer service.
- Basic experience in **sales** (with a willingness to learn more ).
- Basic knowledge of **video editing software** (willing to receive further training with us).
- Basic knowledge of **website design platforms** and Canva (open to further training).
- **Positive attitude** and ability to learn quickly.
- Proactive, adaptable, and **high integrity**.
Pay: From $5,600.00 per week
