**What You’ll Do**:
- Help organize and track legal case documentation
- Schedule attorney appointments and update clients on case status
- Assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
**What You’ll Need**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- 6+ months of customer service or phone support experience
- High school diploma or partial university education
- Based in or near Guadalajara
