What We’re Looking For:
**Advanced English proficiency,** specifically in financial contexts.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
Proven experience managing IRFS accounting operations.
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills ( formulas, financial modeling).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting processes including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, inventory, and revenue recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations (MX-based)
Develop, implement,
and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Partner with the Finance team on audits, special projects, and process improvements.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of accounting operations for MX-based entities (required)
Advanced English for finance communication (MUST HAVE)
3+ years of experience with accounting software Contpaq, ODOO or Quickbooks
2+ years working with IFRS
