**Mission: Why this role matters**
This role is pivotal to shaping how our brand and AI-powered characters connect with audiences across new markets, especially as we prepare for our U.S. launch. As our Senior Motion & AI Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual identity, marketing presence, and product experiences. Your work will directly influence how users engage with our product and how we differentiate in a rapidly growing, competitive space.
**What we’re looking for**:
We’re on the hunt for a visual storyteller who can whip up everything from stunning marketing visuals and slick product designs to scroll-stopping animations. If you’re as comfortable with Photoshop as you are with AI tools like Midjourney and Runway, and your portfolio shows a versatile, future-facing approach, then keep reading.




You’ll play a key role in defining and leading a creative workflow that integrates AI into our design stack. Our character is AI-generated, and we want her to live, move, and speak across our ecosystem. That means pushing boundaries beyond conventional tools while having fun doing it.
**Required Competencies (Core must-haves)**
- Experience: 5+ years in graphic, motion, or marketing design.
- English C1+ (written and spoken)
- Creative Software Mastery: Pro-level in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Know your way around Figma, you don’t have to be a pro-level user.
- Motion & Animation: Strong animation and motion design skills. Your work should stop scrolling.
- AI Curiosity: Hands-on experience with creative AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.
- Workflow Leadership: Ability to develop and lead an AI-integrated design process
- Portfolio Must-Haves:
*Motion/animation work (especially marketing-focused)
*Branding projects
*Examples of AI-powered creative executions
*At least one user journey or campaign brought to life visually
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
**Dealbreaker**: If your portfolio doesn’t show motion design and AI-exploration, this likely isn’t the right role.
