We’re looking for an experienced **Recruiter based in LATAM** who has a strong background in hiring **sales professionals** across **Mexico, Brazil**, and for **US-based companies**.
This is a dynamic, cross-regional role where you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for both **regional and international sales positions**, partnering with hiring teams across time zones and geographies.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Mexico, Brazil, and the US market




- Source and engage top sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and feedback
- Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones (US & LATAM)
- Maintain data integrity in ATS and track recruiting metrics
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles
- Hands-on experience hiring in Mexico and Brazil; strong familiarity with local talent markets
- Experience hiring for US-based companies is strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Solid understanding of remote work culture and international collaboration
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment
