**We're Hiring: Team Lead - Customer Service**

**Your Role**:
As a Team Lead, you'll be essential in motivating, guiding, and developing a team of agents to ensure top-tier customer service and meet campaign goals. You’ll work closely with operations and QA to monitor performance and provide coaching that drives results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Service Agents.
- Monitor performance metrics (AHT, QA scores, attendance, etc.).
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to agents.
- Handle escalated customer issues when needed.
- Report team performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to client KPIs and internal standards.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a call center.
- Background in customer service campaigns is a big plus.




- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance effectively.
- Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven mindset.

- Base salary: $21,000 MXN/month before taxes.
- Weekly payments - always on time!
- Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
