**What You’ll Do**
- Handle inbound calls in **fluent English and Spanish** with professionalism and empathy.
- Share timely case or account updates and log every interaction accurately.
- Use CRM and internal tools to maintain organized data and protect client privacy.
- Follow structured workflows and escalate complex issues when necessary.
**What Makes You a Fit**
You should have high-level fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), at least 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service or phone support, and be a clear, confident communicator. Being calm, organized, and detail-oriented is essential. Experience with CRM systems, back-office or administrative roles, having lived/worked in a U.S. environment are a plus.
