HRPV is hiring bilingual professionals to support U.S. law firms from our Guadalajara office. If you’re fluent in English and ready for a stable, meaningful role in client communication and legal assistance, we want to hear from you.
**Your Role**:
- Handle client calls and provide clear case updates
- Support attorneys by scheduling appointments
- Help prepare and organize legal documents
- Keep accurate records and follow-ups
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- Living in or near Guadalajara
- Minimum 6 months of phone-based customer service experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- High school graduate or some university
**What You’ll Get**:
- Salary: $13,000-$16,000 MXN net/month
