**What You’ll Do**:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Resolve concerns quickly, clearly, and professionally
- Keep accurate records of each interaction
- Work with other teams when additional support is needed
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus




- Positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Must be based in Guadalajara and available full-time
