Are you passionate about financial analytics and global collaboration? Join our Global Finance Operations team and help drive insights that support strategic decisions across Ingredion’s worldwide operations.
As a **Global Operations Finance Sr. Analyst,** you will support the Global Finance Ops Managers and the Global Operations Analytics Team by delivering financial analysis and insights across various Operations Leadership Team (OLT) areas.
This role reports to the General Finance Operations Analytics Director.
**What will you do**:
- Collaborate with Global Operations Finance and Segment Ops Finance teams, as well as Operations stakeholders.
- Support the Global Operations Analytics Team (GOAT) with financial data and insights.
- Provide visibility into supply chain costs, procurement project validation, and headcount/people cost tracking.
- Standardize and report on inventory, manufacturing expenses, yields, and NSS metrics.
- Support analytics for Capex projects, plant reliability, and other financial ratios.




- Maintain plant general information databases and contribute to monthly reporting packages.
- Participate in special finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- More than 2 years of experience in Capex financial evaluations and financial modeling in multinational/public companies.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, and SAP BPC.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
