We’re hiring **bilingual professionals** who are great with people and comfortable speaking **fluent English and Spanish** over the phone. In this role, you’ll help clients stay informed about their legal cases and support the team with important documents — no legal experience required.
**Your Day-to-Day**
- Answer calls from U.S. clients in English and Spanish.
- Share case updates with professionalism and empathy.
- Help keep client records organized and up to date.
- Support the legal team by tracking documents and case progress.
**You’re a Good Fit If You**
- Speak and write **fluent English and Spanish**.
- Have experience helping customers by phone (adecuado, but not required).
- Are responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented.
- Are available to work **on-site full-time in Guadalajara**.
