As a Border Sales Executive in Tijuana, you will be the primary contact for Kuehne + Nagel’s cross-border logistics solutions within your assigned territory. Your mission is to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, developing sales strategies, and collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
**How you create impact**:
- Develop new business opportunities in international road.
- Identify and win strategic accounts through proactive sales hunting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular business reviews and tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, Customs, and other operational divisions.
- Represent our client visits, implementations, and strategic negotiations across Mexico and the U.S.
**What we would like you to bring**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years in field sales or operational logistics services.




- International experience and knowledge of cross-border logistics processes and systems.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, Operations.
- Advanced English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Active listening, goal orientation, self-discipline, and motivation.
- Problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
