The team is responsible for functions like planning and on-time delivery of customer freight while controlling costs and providing excellent customer communication.
The adecuado candidate can use statistical data to drive efficiency as well as use root cause analysis tools to improve business processes and exceed customer expectations.
This associate manager will work closely with stakeholders in the US and/or Canada.

verbal and written3 years of LOGISTICS (transportation management, brokerage, warehouse, supply chain, etc.) experience WITH increasing level of responsibility.Preferred QualificationsAbility to anticipate and resolve problems using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.Excellent people skills, communication, and organizational skills.Forward thinking.
