This fully remote role is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and focuses on hands-on client support, cloud administration, and automation-driven improvements.You will support Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity management, with opportunities to grow into higher-level systems work and scripting.
Strong English and MSP experience are valued.
