**The role**:
Deel IT is redefining the way organizations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. We are scaling up our IT offering to provide our customers with dedicated, round-the-clock support every day of the year. From MDM to device pre-configuration, our premium customer experience is disrupting the MSP industry. **Requirements**:
As an IT Engineer, You will:
- Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
- Build, develop, and enhance Deel IT device management services for sale to a general customer base as well as our IT services offering.
- Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.
- You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.

**What you need to succeed**:
This role will suit someone with a keen interest and expertise in multiple areas in IT and is looking for a place to combine their experience in one role. You will be a great fit if you have:.
- Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
- Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
- Great working knowledge of IT security.
- Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus.
