- Service desk**:Be the Go-To Expert**- Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions, providing a personalized and accurate support to our colleagues
- Contact point for employees about HR related questions**:Own the Experience**- Manage and follow up on ServiceNow tickets, ensuring every case is handled with care and closed providing an awesome experience

The LEGO Group Business Service Operations (BSO) is part of the Global established shared service center (BSO) that delivers HR and Finance services to the LEGO Group from 6 locations; Mexico, Kladno, Singapore, Billund, China & Vietnam.
The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience in Service Desk or Shared Services.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for talking and online chatting with employees and for providing support.
- Service minded teammate who enjoys working in a diverse team.
- Fast learner who can cope with dynamic work environment with peaks and lively periods, and provides consistent experience with human touch.
- Problem solver who takes initiative to innovate and brings ideas to improve.
- Fully Bilingual
