The Role
- We are looking for a dedicated **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a friendly and inclusive Primary School in **Central Birmingham**. This full-time position will be based in **Year 3**, working closely with the class teacher and supporting pupils who may require additional academic or emotional guidance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to make a real difference, working within a school community that values teamwork, inclusivity, and pupil success.
What We're Looking For
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised **Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification**




- Previous experience supporting pupils in a **UK Primary School** (ideally in Years 1-4)
- Strong knowledge of **KS2**
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, supportive, and engaging approach in the classroom
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- An **Enhanced DBS** registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
