Activities and requirements:
- Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements. Enables **Monthly MIS** with detailed analyses in a time bound manner.
- Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and **Monthly Book closure**.
- Handling **Direct and Indirect Taxes** and liaising with the Tax consultant.
- Key Team member to Handle the **Budgeting** Activity for the Entity.
- Handle Quarterly & Year End **Statutory Audits**.
- Uses **Accounting software to record transactions** & Ensures compliances with applicable GAAP.
- Provide periodic assistance with **plant-related commercial operations** and **insurance** matters.
- Liaising with the Legal Consultants and **ensure compliances** with all applicable laws in Mexico.
- Leading **Process Automation** for the areas responsible.
- **Assists Financial controller** from time to time.
- Contributes to **team efforts** by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
