Experience/ Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and test automation framework development.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive engineering solutions in a Linux-based environment.
- Effective mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution skills within an engineering team setting.
- Solid understanding of server architecture, firmware integration, and system-level testing.
- Strong organizational skills for balancing multiple projects, task delegation, and milestone tracking.
- Skilled in root cause analysis, cross-team collaboration, and testability assessment.
- Familiarity with PXE boot, Git, automated test networks, and infrastructure tools.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
