Auditing the lines during the debugging process Pre SOP
- Auditing the TQP documentation by Quality gates for PPAP and approve to PQE team.
- Communicate the voice of customer to the Core team during the launching stage.
- Gather and keep updated the CSR from the customer and communicate it to the core team.
- Perform gap analysis audits for the diferent processes such SOP lines, inspection processes, PCRs.
- Evaluating the performance of the lines per station Cpk / Cgk for measurement system.
- Management of 0 km Customer Complaints
- Management of Warranty Customer Complaints
- Core tools knowledge
