About our client

Our client is a fast-growing digital commerce company focused on helping brands scale through social platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok-driven sales strategies. They work at the intersection of content, eCommerce, and performance marketing, supporting brands in building revenue through creator partnerships and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

● Lead end-to-end onboarding for new TikTok Shop clients.

● Manage an active portfolio of 8–12 brands at different onboarding stages.

● Guide clients through account setup, verification, integrations, and launch readiness.

● Educate brands on onboarding requirements, timelines, and best practices.

● Proactively communicate progress and set clear expectations throughout the onboarding process.

Technical Troubleshooting

● Develop deep expertise in TikTok Shop onboarding workflows and platform policies.

● Troubleshoot issues related to brand verification, tax and banking validation, catalog uploads, integrations, and product compliance.

● Resolve challenges involving shipping templates, warehouse configuration, fulfillment setup, and account permissions.

● Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership of the client experience.

● Document recurring issues and build repeatable solutions.

Client Relationship Management

● Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.

● Lead onboarding calls and communicate confidently with client stakeholders.

● Translate technical issues into simple, actionable recommendations.





● Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience while building long-term client trust.

Process Improvement

● Identify recurring onboarding challenges and recommend process improvements.

● Create documentation, SOPs, onboarding guides, and internal playbooks.

● Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

● Stay current with TikTok Shop platform updates and evolving best practices.

Requirements and Skills

● 2+ years of experience in TikTok Shop operations, onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.

● Hands-on experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center and Partner Center.

● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

● Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

● Experience leading client meetings and managing client relationships.

● Strong organizational and project management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

● Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

● Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to frequent platform updates.

Nice to Have

○ Experience in eCommerce operations or marketplace management.

○ Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.

○ Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.

○ Experience with catalog management, product feed integrations, and marketplace operations.

○ Familiarity with 3PL or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

○ Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, or Microsoft 365.

○ Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, or onboarding playbooks.
