We're Hiring | Senior NX Welding Fixture Designer (BIW)Location: Metepec / Toluca / Lerma / San Mateo Atenco, State of MexicoWork Scheme: Project-Based | FreelanceSalary: (based on technical expertise)We are looking for highly experienced Senior NX Designers with proven expertise in Body-in-White (BIW) Welding Fixture Design.This is not a general mechanical design position. We are seeking professionals capable of independently designing complex welding fixtures for robotic welding cells in the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities- Design welding fixtures using Siemens NX (Unigraphics).

- Develop fixture concepts for BIW assemblies.
- Define locating pins, supports, clamps and locating features to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Apply GD&T; principles to guarantee manufacturing tolerances.
- Design fixtures capable of holding multiple sheet metal components during robotic welding operations.




- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
- Interpret customer drawings and technical documentation in English.Mandatory Requirements✔️ 5 years designing Welding Fixtures in Siemens NX.✔️ Proven experience in BIW (Body-in-White) projects.✔️ Strong knowledge of locating pins, clamps, supports and fixture design methodology.✔️ Experience supporting robotic welding cells.✔️ Advanced technical English for reading engineering drawings and specifications.✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred BackgroundExperience in automotive companiesIf your experience matches the requirements above, we'd love to hear from you.Please send your CV to: [email protected]
