Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.We're looking for a Treasury Manager to oversee local treasury operations in Mexico.

Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingMaintaining and monitoring enough liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirementsImproving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profilesSupporting the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, regulators, and the BoardWorking with Treasury to ensure operations and risk management are in compliance with group policies and achieve strategic consistencyCollaborating across departments, including with Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teamsJoining the local assets and liabilities committee as a key memberWhat you'll need5+ years of experience building treasury processes and controlsSolid analytical skillsThe ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them down into smaller partsAn understanding of treasury management within financial servicesA bachelor's degree in science, technology, economics, or mathsAn AMIB Certification Figure 3 or 5Nice to haveKnowledge of regulations and regulatory metrics in Mexico, such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAPA master's degreeA CFA certification
