We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior DevOps Engineer**to drive the development, deployment, and optimization of cutting-edge software workflow automation systems. In this role, you will collaborate with a world-class team to modernize and scale end-to-end SW processes for hardware testing environments, leveraging both internal and cloud-based tools.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Develop automation scripts and tools in Python to streamline build and deployment processes
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to support software deployment workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal tools like SimCloud, Device Compute, and Turi into automated workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of build systems
- Implement and enforce best practices for system security, scalability, and reliability
- Analyze existing build systems and drive improvements by modernizing approaches to enhance user adoption
- Leverage compute platforms like RIO, Kube, and other internal services to optimize workflow automation
- Document processes, workflows, and system architecture to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the team
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of working experience in DevOps, system engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in Jenkins, Python, and PostgreSQL for CI/CD, automation, and database management
- Familiarity with internal tools like SimCloud and Turi,



with flexibility to use cloud-based compute platforms such as RIO and Kube
- Capability to deploy and maintain high-performance, scalable systems in large-scale software development environments
- Understanding of modern development methodologies, including Agile and workflow automation
- Showcase of effective troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving infrastructure or system gaps
- Background in designing workflows to replace outdated build systems with modernized solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, meeting at least a B2 proficiency level
**Nice to have**
- Experience working within hardware testing environments or closely with hardware engineering teams
- Knowledge of abstracting and integrating legacy tools into new automated systems
- Familiarity with solutions that balance both on-premise and cloud-based compute resources
