**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**REQUIRED ABILITIES / SKILLS**:
- 2 years of experience in HR roles
- Bachelors in Psychology, Labour Law, BA, or similar
- 2 years of experience working with the NOM-035
- Experience with contracts and terminations
- Experience in personnel training and files
- Experience in organizational development annual planning
- MS Office (Intermediate)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees on the system
- Organizational development annual plans
- Creation and management of other benefits for the employees
- In charge of the Life Balance, Culture, and Wellness model at the company
- Ensure psychological assistance, psychological first aid, and connection with the proper institutions
- Proficient use of the NOM-035- STPS
- Design and implementation of workshops focused on corporate values and work culture
**Workplace**: Anáhuac I Sección, Miguel Hidalgo
**Schedule**: Mon - Fri // 9am - 6pm
