- Information and documentation management with Customs Brokers, clients and plants of IP México
- Verification of data in customs export documentation
- Reading and analysis of billing reports
- Data capture of export pedimentos and invoices
- Reconciliation of quantities and amounts between issued invoices and export pedimentos
- Review and analysis of invoice balances
- Reports of invoices balances
- Integration of the electronic file of export operations
Compliance validation according the applicable guidelines in export operations
**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IP QUALITY SYSTEM**
- Verify the correct and timely compliance with legal and internal obligations
- Supports the Internal and External Audits.
- Attend the training required by IP.
- Carry out the responsibilities of this job description in addition to knowing the organization chart of the company
**PROFILE OF THE OCCUPANT OF THE POSITION**
**SCHOOLING**:
- Bachelor of International Business, International Trade, or related.




- Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge of Foreign Trade, customs declarations reading, electronic file, Date Stage reading.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Just graduated with basic knowledge of foreign trade
**SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**:Excel skills - intermediate level, data analysis skills, Outlook.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**: Tolerance to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, results based on objectives.
**OTHER PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Communication skills for information and documentation management, organized, willing to take on assigned tasks**
