**The Opportunity**
Account Management / Segment leader works on developing solid relationships with Hitachi Energy Mexico customers and accounts. Executing medium to long-term planning to ensure Hitachi's base business in the assigned segment
**How you´ll make an impact**
- Understands the key business drivers of the relevant customers' businesses and business environments and interprets the impact and opportunity for Hitachi.
- Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by proving the customer's current business and long-term plans.
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.
- Defines and proposes strategies to allocate the assigned budget in the assigned segments.
- Sells products/solutions/services to customers,



focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets representing all of Hitachi.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in related areas
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
- 5 years of experience in related functions.
