We are seeking an **AI Coach in Business Analysis** to empower BA teams in effectively integrating and utilizing AI-driven tools, such as ELITEA, to optimize productivity, enhance the quality of user stories, and identify innovative use cases during discovery.
**Responsibilities**
- Coach and mentor BA teams on AI-assisted best practices and integration into SDLC
- Provide hands-on guidance on using AI-powered tools for user stories generation
- Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in business analysis workflows
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on AI adoption in Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and refine AI-driven initiatives based on business needs
**Requirements**:
- Strong background in Business Analysis, with over 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with AI-driven development tools (e.g., ELITEA)
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Ability to coach and educate engineers on AI adoption and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- English level B1+ for effective communication
