We are seeking a talented **Senior Visual Designer**to join our team and play a key role in delivering compelling visual solutions.
As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless transitions from product demos to value visualizations, integrating value tools, developing guided demos, and organizing training repositories. This role requires a strong design foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to create impactful visual experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Create seamless transitions between product demos and value visualization tools
- Develop and integrate value tools to effectively communicate product benefits
- Design and implement guided demos that enhance user understanding and engagement
- Build and maintain a training repository to support internal and external learning needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to enhance project outcomes
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Visual Designer with a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs
- Hands-on experience with Reprise for creating interactive demos and product tours
- Expertise in design foundations, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design system foundations to ensure consistency across projects
- Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear and effective visual designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B1+ level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with motion design and interactive prototypes to enhance user engagement
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch,



or Adobe Creative Suite for design and prototyping
- Knowledge of accessibility standards to create inclusive design solutions
