We are looking for an experienced **Lead Visual Designer**to join our team and play a critical role in crafting impactful visual solutions.
In this position, you will focus on ensuring smooth transitions from product demos to value visualizations, integrating value tools, creating guided demos, and developing training repositories. This role demands a strong design background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth transitions between product demos and value visualization tools
- Develop and implement value tools to effectively showcase product advantages
- Create guided demos that improve user engagement and understanding
- Design and maintain a training repository to support both internal and external learning initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with organizational objectives
- Solve creative challenges to deliver visually compelling solutions that meet user and business requirements
- Stay informed about new design trends and tools to enhance project outcomes
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Visual Designer with a track record of delivering high-quality designs
- At least one year of experience leading and managing design or development teams
- Hands-on experience with Reprise for creating interactive demos and product tours
- Expertise in design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across projects
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually clear and impactful designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B1+ level or higher

- Experience in motion design and interactive prototyping to enhance user interaction
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of accessibility standards to create inclusive and user-friendly designs
