**About Us**
We’re a growing home services company specializing in roofing, siding, and windows. Our team connects with homeowners who request estimates through inbound web leads (Facebook, Networx) and conducts light outbound follow-ups. We rely on clear processes and tools such as phone/SMS, Google Workspace, and our HD tracker to stay efficient and organized.
**What You’ll Do**
- Respond to new leads by call or text **within 1 minute** to qualify and book appointments.
- Re-engage with leads who no-showed or did not book initially.
- Accurately update trackers and CRM records.
- Escalate issues according to the script and process provided.
**Must-Haves**
- Strong spoken and written English; confident communicator with U.S. homeowners.




- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a call center, BPO, or appointment-setting role (inbound and outbound).
- Quiet, professional work environment with a reliable headset.
- High-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum, ping under 100 ms).
- Availability to work **U.S. Eastern Time hours (Tuesday-Saturday preferred).**
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Background in home services (roofing, siding, windows).
- Experience using CRM platforms, dialers, or scheduling tools.
Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
