- Ensure compliance with guarantee return requirements and verify associated documentation.Account Reconciliation- Send and review account statements with shipping lines and forwarders.
- Identify discrepancies and support reconciliation processes.
- Assist in verifying payments for detention and demurrage fees before requesting refunds.Process Optimization- Work with internal teams to ensure timely payment validation and efficient guarantee recovery.
- Review and track Guarantee Letters, ensuring they are correctly applied to avoid unnecessary payments.
- Support automation initiatives to streamline guarantee-related processes.
**Your Profile****What we're looking for**:- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage financial records accurately.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of finance, administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
**Requirements**:- Be a university student or recent graduate in Finance, Administration, or related fields.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day on a fixed schedule (Monday to Friday).
- Ability to work in a hybrid scheme (office & remote).
