**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Lead the architecture and design of AI/ML platforms and solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and define adoption roadmaps.
- Guide the selection of AI frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Collaborate with data engineers to establish secure, high-quality pipelines for model training and inference.
- Define and implement AI/ML governance practices, including MLOps, retraining, monitoring, versioning, and bias detection.
- Provide technical leadership to data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Drive AI integration into enterprise systems leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Stay current with emerging AI/GenAI trends and advise clients on adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI principles, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a bridge between nearshore teams and general client stakeholders for alignment and delivery.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing (Spark, Databricks,



Ray).
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions at scale.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
**Role-specific Requirements**:
- Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker pipelines, DataRobot).
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
