Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for BPS and/or IT profiles , ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.




Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both English and Spanish.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

✅ Proven Talent Acquisition experience within large, global organizations .
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience .
