The **Contract Purchasing Analyst**e is responsible of the contract purchase process, including the compliance of the response time, quality of the review, credit policies and procedures, and the information and documentation consistence with the profile approved by the analysis area.
The purchasing area is linked to the generation of contract volume, so this role will have to proactively participate in teamwork projects.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Confirmation of plans, rates and amounts to be financed.
- Detection, report and follow up of inconsistencies in information and documentation.
- Review of customer information.
- Validation of documentation and data captured in the system.
- Process routine activities with efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics,



accounting or related.
- Advanced English skills (will be evaluated during interview)
- + 1 year of experience in document validation, back office, credit analysis, projects and/or other administrative roles, preferably in the financial / automotive sector.
- Proficient teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in reviewing and capturing information.
- High concentration capacity in repetitive activities and detail orientation.
- High level of responsibility.
- Excellent service attitude and proactivity.
- Intermediate level of MS Office.
- Copilot / bot development experience is a plus.
