We are currently looking for a **Payroll Analyst II** to join our team in **Mexico City**. This role supports payroll operations and system functionality, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll policies, taxation, and wage orders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve system issues and implement process improvements
- Analyze payroll audit reports and manage problem tickets for timely resolution
- Document payroll processes and develop reconciliation procedures
- Support payroll processing and system operations, including coverage during team absences
**Who We're Looking for**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state organization (2,000+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, reconciliations, and audit procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
**Desired**:
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- General understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage orders
- Accounting experience
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
