Laerdal Medical Monterrey, is an industrial manufacturing company of Norwegian origin that is dedicated to the Manufacturing of First Aid Simulators for Medical Training, we are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to our factory located in Guadalupe, Reciente León.
**Job Requirements**:
Concluded Bachelor's Degree (System/Software Engineer or related)
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
Advanced English (conversational)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
**Responsibilities**:
Configure, deploy, and support end user devices (laptops, phones, printers, etc.)
Assist to ensure that network infrastructure is up and working properly for LMX site
Assist to ensure server infrastructure is functioning and available for LMX site
Barcoding system including maintaining and configuring end user equipment (i.e. thermal printers)



and software used in production for LMX barcode labels
Contribute content to the IT Service Desk knowledgebase
Document IT processes and procedures specific to LMX site
Assist with other IT Service Desk tickets and initiatives for LTX
Occasional off-hours work so normal business operations are not impacted
Create and manage user accounts and groups in Office 365 administration
Act on Microsoft Defender 365 alerts and mitigate security issues found
Manage data center UPS and vendor relationship
Ability to perform basic and mid-level troubleshooting
