We are looking for a **ENGLISH** **PPC Advertising Specialist** who understands performance marketing, lead generation, and how to make the phone ring.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across **Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube.**:
- Develop inbound lead strategies to increase **calls, form fills, and conversions.**:
- Perform daily bid and keyword optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Write strong ad copy that converts.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and create weekly reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
- Collaborate with creative, social, and production teams to align messaging and offers.
**Requirements**:
- **5+ years** managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
- **Google Ads Certification** (required).




- Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking.
- Experience with call tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.) is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.**:
- Excellent **English communication skills** (written and verbal).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **local service lead generation** (law firms, dental, HVAC, etc.).
- Knowledge of **landing page CRO** and A/B testing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads.
- Agency experience preferred.
