We’re looking for a **bilingual (English/Spanish) Executive Assistant** to join our small, creative team in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role supporting our COO across podcast production, content publishing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with editors, producers, and influencer partners to keep everything running smoothly.
**What you’ll do**
- **Keep the COO organized** and on top of tasks
- Upload and **publish blog posts and podcast episodes** to hosting and publishing platforms
- Manage the **podcast production pipeline** — coordinating with editors, producers, and other collaborators
- Handle outreach and communication with **influencer and media partners** for collaborations and promotions
- Coordinate logistics for **podcast recordings**, photoshoots, and video shoots
- Manage **scheduling**, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Assist with personal tasks and errands in Mexico City as needed
**You’re a good fit if you**
- Have **experience as an Executive Assistant** or similar “right-hand” role




- Are extremely **tech-savvy** and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Enjoy working in creative or media environments (podcasting, production, content creation)
- **Communicate clearly** and confidently in both English and Spanish
- Are organized, **proactive and reliable**, but adaptable when things shift
- Are based in Mexico City and open to a hybrid work setup
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Pay: $27,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
