- As our Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in look ahead, plan and take action to ensure adequate staffing, skills, scheduling, parts, supplies, equipment and tools to meet production requirements- Your impact? Supports teams, solve problems and drives improvements (root cause analysis)- You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more inclusive future.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Understand future demand and create staffing and training plans to match staffing to demand (FMS)
- Keep scrap level in goal
- Employee competence development
- Support and training of Team Coordinators
- Take part in and participate in Kaizens and improvement activities
**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial, mechatronic, etc)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing and supervisor
- SAP, PMS and hourly registration
- EDD, competence matrix, rotation plan, info boards in production.
