Overview:
Are you detail-oriented and proficient in managing financial transactions? We invite you to bring your skills to our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
In this role, under the guidance of our Finance Manager, you will have a key responsibility to ensure that all vendor payments are processed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you will oversee the timely submission of the DIOT (Informative Tax Return) reports.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review purchase requisitions against invoices to be paid.
- Generate Excel files for vendor payments.
- Review and analyze accounting accounts and cost centers.
- Data entry for DIOT submission to the SAT (Tax Administration Service).
- Knowledge of the CONTPAQ system.
- Knowledge of S4 HANA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.




- English proficiency at a conversational level (50%).
